"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

To all of those i couldnt get in touch with personally to say goodbye, i will miss deviant and i will miss all of the positive feedback ive gotten over the perdiod of time ive been here. There is just to much wrong here. People have been taking my art changing one thing and posting it as their own with out even a word of credit to me. So i will be taking down my art over the next few days. i will keep my account to check back with everyone. i expect to see all of you grow and change and i want to see that reflected in your art. never miss a chance for inspiration.

It's amazing over the years how small the ammount of well thought through and intricate comments we actually get. Thank you kindly for being one of the few people to actually think. It is truly sad to return from your page to see you also (like many of our members) have exited. The emotion only lasts so long and in the back of my mind all of you who have left are living and growing though I don't see you. The horizon still exists even if you cannot see it.
An exit is not an ending, merely a passage.
This existence is just another of many passages.
